I few months ago we bought your plugin: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215430/mo-jira-saml-sso-jira-sso-jira-single-sign-on-sso-saml-login?tab=overview&hosting=server for our organization.
Before, we were using Crowd (https://www.atlassian.com/software/crowd).
After a few months using your plugin we are finally ready to decommission Crowd, but in order to do that we need to migrate the users from Crowd Directory Name to Jira Internal Directory.
Do you provide support for this? Can someone provide me with some advice?
I assume this a very common issue your users face when they start using your plugin.
