Everytime a customer logs in to our site, we are seeing a new user generated, where our own organization’s salesforce ID is merged with the customer’s email address. So for somebody with the email address “email@example.com” for example, the username created would be “salesforceID@firstname.lastname@example.org” and the new email address assigned is “salesforceID@johndoegmail.com” I can manually correct this error, which allows the user to log in correctly 1 time, but at that point, the incorrect user pops up again. So somebody trying to access the site would be able to log in correctly once, but after that, the username would be incorrect as well as the email, and the person would receive an error saying that “Registration has failed as a user with that name already exists in WordPress”
This is a critical error on our site and we have narrowed the scope down to the miniorange plugin. Please get in touch as soon as possible to help rectify this.
