After installing the SSO plugin and enabling the redirect to Default IDP the redirection doesn’t happen when I try to access wp-login or wp-admin. This with the multiple idp plugin only using one SP.

    Hi @oabatan

I believe you are using the miniOrange SAML 2.0 SSO plugin. Please correct me if I am wrong.

You can check the screenshot below to check how the redirect to the default IDP feature works

    <img src=”https://www.dropbox.com/s/8z8nfhw3tl5ups0/Screenshot%202022-01-17%20223529.jpg” alt=””

We have two different features to redirect the user to IDP.

    1. “Redirect to default IDP if user is not logged”, this feature redirect the users to default IDP from the front-end ( Pages/Posts ). This feature is applicable on your Whole site. i.e All the Pages/Posts are protected behind SSO
    2. “Redirect to default IDP from WordPress Login Page”, this protects your WordPress login/admin page behind the SSO.

From your query, I believe you need to enable the second option. i.e ( Redirect to default IDP from the WordPress Login page.)

I hope this answers your query.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks,
    Team miniOrange
