"Unable to connect to the Internet" on Account Setup login

    Hi Norma,

    In general, this issue occurs if you are inside a protected environment and the plugin is not able to make the API calls outside. To login/register an account, the plugin needs to call miniOrange servers with URL login.xecurify.com:443.

    Could you please check if this IP address is whitelisted or if there are any additional security checks in your environment?

    Alternatively, you can create an account with us directly from our website. Register Once your account is created, please select the required plan from our plugin page and click on Upgrade Now button. This will redirect you to miniOrange/Xecurify login portal where you can login by entering your credentials. After you complete the payment process, you will be able to download the plugin from your miniOrange account dashboard.
