Email Template

    Hi,

    I am trying to edit the email template that will be sent to the user along with his OTP code, but it does not seem to include the <style></style> of the template. Only the HTML code within the <body></body> is included.

    Please advise.

    Hi Tom,

    We are going through the email Template that you have set.
    It looks like it might not be in the correct format or have newline characters.
    We will revert back once we have corrected your template.

    Thank you for resolving my issue.

    Apparently, inline CSS is the way to go when it comes to email templates.
