Hello,

We want to setup mini orange Ldap Plugin on our joomla Intranet site.

The user mappings configuration does not work when whe try to set search base to a specific group in Active Directory.

everything works fine when search base is CN=users,dc=domain,dc=.fr (where domain is our Active directory domain)

when i try to set search base to distinguish name of a group :(regardings information from ldap admin)

CN=Group name,CN=Users,DC=domain,DC=fr

i got an error message : user does not exists

As the tool does not provide any search filter options like :
(&(objectClass=group)(|(dn:=Chicago)))

filtering shoud be possible by indicating search base like :
CN=Group name,CN=Users,DC=domain,DC=fr

can some one please help to get this work

Hi,

As it is working with 1DN, ideally need to work with the other DN’s also. Can you drop an email to jeswanth@xecurify.com? So we can have a meeting and can fix it during the meeting itself?

The custom search filter is available in the premium plugin. Please click hereto see the details of the Premium plugin.

Also, I would request you to recheck the DN along with the case sensitivity.
