‘Remember My Device’ feature has an expiration time after which the devices are forgotten.
The user can follow the below steps to verify if their expiry time is set accordingly or not:
1. Click on the Profile icon from the top right corner.
2. Select Two Factor Configuration from the list.
3. The user should be able to see an entry for their remembered device under Saved devices. Confirm if the expiry date displayed is in accordance with 90 days from the day of configuration.
If no such entry is seen under Saved devices, then the user might have missed enabling the ‘Remember Me‘ checkbox during the configuration, which is why they are asked for an OTP.
If the Remember Me option seems to be rightly configured as mentioned above and yet the problem persists, I will recommend raising a Support request to miniOrange Customer Portal and the technical team will help you out with your issue.
