There are two ways to integrate your form with the plugin.

1. You can check our integration/developer guide here: link
   It has step by step instruction on how to integrate your form with the plugin.
2. We do the integration for you. This would take some custom work on our end and additional charges would apply. We would also need to look at your code in order to be able to enable OTP Verification for it.
