I think the issue is because you are trying to enter OTP from your 1st site i.e. Old codes, you will have to use the same codes on all the websites.
To explain to you more,
Let say You have two sites Site1 and Site2. You use the same email to log into the plugin on both sites.
First, configure on Site 1, you get codes from Site 1 on your app. Then you configure Site 2, you get a different set of codes which you use for Site 2.
Now when you try to log in on Site 1 again, you should be using the same Site 2 codes to log into Site 1. Your Site 1 codes are no longer valid.
It is actually a feature where you don’t have to maintain more than one account.

Just reconfigure your authentication method after gaining access.
