I want to use my own SMS gateway with the OTP plugin.

All information what I found were 2 articles:
– https://faq.miniorange.com/knowledgebase/configure-gateway-url/
– https://faq.miniorange.com/knowledgebase/use-own-gateway-plugin/

But if I try to test my gateway here: https://auth.miniorange.com/moas/admin/customer/smsconfig I have an error: There was an error sending the SMS using the SMS server settings. Please verify your settings and try again.

So I have several questions:

1. What to do with this error? How to solve it or know what wrong?
2. How should the gateway works? My gateway working by the link: https://staging.dghelp.com/sendsms/?key=XXX&phone=##phone##&message=##message## like in the article and return JSON
3. In the second article I see the screenshot what looks like in the wordpress admin. But I don’t see such fields inside my wp-admin, how to find it?

Yes, you can use your own SMS Gateway with the plugin.
As mentioned on this page in order to use your own Gateway you would need to be on our Custom Gateway Plan.

Once you upgrade you will be asked to install a premium plugin which should have the fields that you are looking for.
