Hello,

There might be some up-gradation issue for the plugin, can you please try to delete the “app_pos” option from the “wp_options” table in the Database.

Alternatively, You follow the steps below to fix the issue:
-Take the backup of the client Id and secret for all the custom applications you have set up.
-Deactivate and delete the currently installed plugin.
-Then activate the plugin which you have downloaded from Login.xecurify.com.

Yes, you can use the miniOrange QR code authentication method to prevent sharing of accounts. QR code authentication requires your users to scan a QR code with their mobile phones to login, hence your users won’t be able to share their accounts. You can also opt for remember device feature present in our premium plan that would not prompt two-factor for trusted devices.

This possibly looks like an issue with the setup and probably wrong RSA key is configured in the plugin which is causing invalid signature issue.

Can you please email us screenshots of your configuration?

Hi Mike,

As Digital ID is OpenID compliant, it can be easily integrated with our WordPress OAuth client SSO plugin and it will allow your users to login into WordPress using their Digital ID.

Also, you mentioned that you have Gravity Forms and you want to identify users before filling out the form.

This is possible and we have worked on similar case for our customers.

Whenever users tries to access any form, we can ask users to login with DigitalID first and the information received from DigitalID can be populated in the gravity form.

Hi Carolina,

This is possible with ‘Force Authentication / Protect Complete Site’ feature which force every user visiting our WP website to be redirected to our main (external) website to login. There wont be any need to click button on a widget or shortcode to trigger the flow.

As you had existing old version both check boxes are active for you.

I would recommend you to use only “Set client credentials in Header” checkbox and verify everything is working.

We have an enterprise version of the plugin which has support for integration with ADFS and there won’t be any need to enter the client secret.

Instead, you can configure the certificate which ADFS will provide to validate the SSO response.

I haven’t changed any configuration yet on your website.

In case you are locked out due to “force SSO redirect ON” option, you can always access the WordPress login page with backdoor URL.
